  “Does the job”
  Ordering was easy, everything after that was slower. One item was great, the other was mediocre. It arrived eventually, just later than I planned around. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.

  Contact options are limited to a form, which slows everything down. The discount code helped, otherwise it would have been steep. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks. Room for improvement but no real complaints.

  Bought one item to test and I am still undecided. Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. Dispatch took three days before it even moved. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

  Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout.
