  “Happy with this one”
  Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Feels premium for what it cost. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown.

  Second order from Subrtex and it was less smooth than the first. The code worked but only on part of my basket. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space.

  It did the job, but I was expecting a bit more. No dispatch email, I only knew because tracking updated. Live chat was offline every time I tried it. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.
