  “Slower than expected”
  Ordering was easy, everything after that was slower. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. Worth a try if the price is right.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Arrived late and damaged”
  Would not order from Sugardaddie again based on this. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

  I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself. Would happily spend money here again.
