  “Room for improvement”
  It did the job, but I was expecting a bit more. Nothing wrong with it, it just did not impress me. Would recommend with a couple of caveats.

  Ordered from Suncamp.it for the first time and it went better than I expected. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. The voucher was accepted without any questions.

  “Poor experience”
  My order from Suncamp.it was a bit of a mess from the start. Cannot recommend based on this experience.

  “Smooth experience”
  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. The voucher was accepted without any questions. Not much more you can ask for really.
