    “Second order, same quality”
    I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid.

    Response was rude, which sealed it for me. It shipped a full week after they said it would. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

    Third order with Sunjoy Group this year, so that probably tells you enough. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Not much more you can ask for really.
