  “Solid from start to finish”

  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Ingredients are clearly listed and the cat actually eats it. I'll be back next time I need something similar.

  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. Worth it on sale, not at full price. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

  I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Price is fair, though shipping ate into the saving. The FAQ answered more than their support did. Would suggest reading the details carefully before ordering.

  Price is fair, though shipping ate into the saving. It matches the listing, the listing just is not very detailed. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. The sizing guide for the collar was accurate. Good enough that I am not warning anyone off.
