  Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed.

  Third order with Tasty Coffee this year, so that probably tells you enough. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Arrived well within the best before date. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  Arrived well within the window they promised. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away.

  Acceptable, though I have had better elsewhere. They sorted it in the end, which is what matters. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop. Would suggest reading the details carefully before ordering.
