  Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. Live chat was offline every time I tried it. Courier left it outside in the rain, though that is not really on the store. Build feels solid rather than plasticky. I will probably shop around next time.

  Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Setup took about ten minutes and the app connected first time. Would happily spend money here again.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Setup took about ten minutes and the app connected first time.

  Cheaper options exist but with worse delivery. Room for improvement but no real complaints.

  Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. Nothing wrong with it, it just did not impress me. Slightly overpriced for what you actually get.
