  “Not bad, not great”
  They answered the question I asked but not the one I meant. The discount code helped, otherwise it would have been steep. Took nearly two weeks, which was longer than advertised. Worth a try if the price is right.

  “Arrived late and damaged”
  Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version. Closed my ticket without resolving anything. Sale price was barely different from the normal price. I will be shopping elsewhere.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  “Reasonable enough”
  Middle of the road experience for me. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Shipping cost more than I felt it should have. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it.

  “Better than expected”
  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. No discolouring on my skin after a fortnight of wear.
