  Response time was quick both times I contacted them. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact.

  “Some good, some bad”
  Delivery window was vague and I ended up waiting in. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Reasonable, if unspectacular.

  The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Batch and expiry details were clearly printed on the label.

  Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away.
