    “Poor experience”
    Split into three parcels and the last one never came. Paid a premium for delivery that was still late. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

    “Not as described”
    My order from The Fileist was a bit of a mess from the start. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Disappointed is the honest summary.
