    “Average experience”
    Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me.

    Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. Sizing runs slightly small, worth ordering up. The saving was smaller than the banner suggested. Packaging was fine but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic. Charging speed matches what was advertised.

    “Easy recommendation”
    Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Grip is good and it does not slide off the table.
