  “Good price, good service”
  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Warranty claim went through with no drama.

  “Would compare first next time”
  It matches the listing, the listing just is not very detailed. About right for the market, no bargain though. Returns process works but the form is confusing. Speeds are close to what was advertised.

  “Happy with this one”
  My sister recommended ThriftBooks and I finally gave it a try last month. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate. Would order from here again without hesitating.
