“Exactly what I needed”

They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made.

Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.
