  “Average experience”
  No response to my first email, the second one got through. Price crept up between adding to basket and paying. No dispatch email, I only knew because tracking updated. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. Build feels solid rather than plasticky.

  Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Would tell a friend to try them.

  Ended up cancelling half the order. They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks.

  Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Would happily spend money here again.

  Value is okay once you factor in the delivery cost. It came with the right adapter for my region.
