  “Support let it down”
  Response was rude, which sealed it for me. Not worth the money for what turned up. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

  Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling. No complaints from me.

  Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling.

  “Not as described”
  Closed my ticket without resolving anything. Not worth the money for what turned up. Cannot recommend based on this experience.

  “Middle of the road”
  Ordered from Tix NL and it was fine, just not remarkable. Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied. I will probably shop around next time.
