  “Exactly what I needed”
  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more.

  “No complaints at all”
  Ordered from Today is the Day app for the first time and it went better than I expected. Uptime has been solid since I switched over. I'll be back next time I need something similar.

  “Would compare first next time”
  Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. Neither impressed nor disappointed.

  “Okay overall”
  Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. Does the job, but I doubt it will last years. Live chat was offline every time I tried it. An average experience, honestly.
