  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact. Overall a very smooth experience.

  I had high hopes for Topvitamins but it did not work out. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. Two stars only because it eventually arrived.

  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Batch and expiry details were clearly printed on the label.

  Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. No unwanted side effects for me so far. Easy five stars from me.

  “Room for improvement”
  About right for the market, no bargain though. Took nearly two weeks, which was longer than advertised. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it.
