    “Repeat customer now”
    My sister recommended TOSOT and I finally gave it a try last month. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Compatible with everything I needed it to work with. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

    “Not bad, not great”
    Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. Works as intended but the materials are clearly budget. I will probably shop around next time.

    “Slower than expected”
    Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Shipping took longer than the estimate, though it did arrive. Reasonable, if unspectacular.
