Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

“No complaints at all”

I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Good for beginners without being useless later on.

They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.
