  “Support let it down”
  I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Shipping cost almost as much as the item. Hard to recommend to anyone.

  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. It came with the right adapter for my region.

  Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first.

  I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. About right for the market, no bargain though. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.
