  Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Age guidance on the box was about right.

  Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  I've been buying from Tubular for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Survived a week of fairly rough handling.

  “Arrived fast and well packed”

  My sister recommended Tubular and I finally gave it a try last month. No sharp edges and everything feels safe enough. Not much more you can ask for really.
