  “Fine for the price”
  Reasonable, but the sale price is really the normal price. Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed. Live chat was offline every time I tried it. Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Easy to clean, which matters more than anything. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  “Will be back”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. For the price I honestly cannot complain. It just worked, start to finish.

  “Quality is there”
  Ordered from TuffPets for the first time and it went better than I expected. The sizing guide for the collar was accurate. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.
