  The saving was smaller than the banner suggested. Contact options are limited to a form, which slows everything down. It matches the listing, the listing just is not very detailed. Cancellation terms were clear before I paid.

  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown.
