Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Non-stick coating has held up to daily use.

  “Would not order again”
Ordered two items and had problems with both. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund.

  “Glad I ordered”
Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. I saved a decent amount using a code from here.
