    “Everything went right”
    Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. The sole has held up well on rough ground.

    Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Sizing was spot on for my usual fit.

    “Nice surprise”
    I've been buying from UGG for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away.

    “Solid from start to finish”
    Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. Warranty claim went through with no drama. The sole has held up well on rough ground. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.
