  Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.

  Disappointing experience with Unikka, unfortunately. No padding at all, just the item loose in a bag. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was.

  Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  “Everything went right”
  My sister recommended Unikka and I finally gave it a try last month. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space.

  “Glad I ordered”
