  “Quality is there”
  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled. Happy customer, will return.

  Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Dispatched the same day I ordered. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  The saving was not worth the problems that followed. One part was already broken when I unpacked it. They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up.

  “Quick and painless”
  Third order with Urban Betty this year, so that probably tells you enough. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Texture is light and absorbs quickly.

  Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last. Nothing I would change about the experience.
