  Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. The code worked but only on part of my basket. Might order again, might not.

  Warranty claim went through with no drama. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Sizing chart was accurate down to the measurements.

  I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since. Would suggest reading the details carefully before ordering.

  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. It looks like the photos rather than a cheap copy of them. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.
