  “Frustrating from the start”
  I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.

  “Genuinely impressed”
  Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Sturdy once assembled, no wobble at all. Comfortably recommend them.

  Would not order from Urelas again based on this. The returns address they gave was wrong. Learned my lesson on this one.
