  “Reasonable enough”
  The FAQ answered more than their support did. Currency conversion added a bit more than I expected. Would suggest reading the details carefully before ordering.

  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere.

  “Genuinely impressed”
  Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it.
