  Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Works as intended but the materials are clearly budget.

  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. Overall a very smooth experience.

  “Reliable and quick”
  The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space.

  Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. One item was great, the other was mediocre. Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. Worth it on sale, not at full price. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.

  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools. Glad I took the chance on them.
