“Not as described”

Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

Disappointing experience with Veneka, unfortunately. The returns address they gave was wrong. Cannot recommend based on this experience.

I've been buying from Veneka for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere.
