  “Support let it down”
  Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. Not worth the money for what turned up. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Refund came back short of what I paid. Quality is well below what the photos suggest. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Would rate lower if I could.

  The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template.

  Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Warranty claim went through with no drama.
