My experience with Village Craft And Candle was okay overall. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. Slightly overpriced for what you actually get.

Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.
