  “Second order, same quality”
  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Handle stays cool which I did not expect at this price.

  Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Dishwasher safe as claimed, no discolouring so far.

  “Worth the money”
  Used Villeroy& Boch twice now and both experiences were smooth. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  Ordered two items and had problems with both. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. Finish is sloppy with glue visible around the edges.
