  “Second order, same quality”
  They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Dispatched the same day I ordered.

  Placed a fairly big order with Vive and everything arrived exactly as listed. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Firmware updated without any problems.

  “Will be back”
  Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Build feels solid rather than plasticky. I have already recommended them to two people.

  Packaging was fine but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. About right for the market, no bargain though.
