  “Happy with this one”
Came across Vivid through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Photos on the site do not really do it justice.

No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.

  “Smooth experience”
Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Has held up well to daily use so far.
