  “Acceptable”
  Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. The FAQ answered more than their support did. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

  “Would not order again”
  I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Charged in a different currency with a poor rate. Wrong address on the label despite entering it correctly. Frustrating from start to finish.

  Worth it on sale, not at full price. Room for improvement but no real complaints.

  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop.
