  “Happy with this one”
  Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Save your money”
  Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.

  They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  “Everything went right”
  Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Sturdy once assembled, no wobble at all. Not much more you can ask for really.
