  Response time was quick both times I contacted them. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing.

  Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing.

  Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Arrived well within the window they promised. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.
