“Wish I had checked elsewhere”

Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. Response was rude, which sealed it for me. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

Used Whirlpool twice now and both experiences were smooth. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

“Good price, good service”

First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Battery life is roughly what the specs promised. Comfortably recommend them.
