    The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Compatible with everything I needed it to work with.

    “Everything went right”
    Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Build feels solid rather than plasticky. Solid experience overall.

    “Quick and painless”
    Was a bit unsure about ordering, but WIIM turned out to be completely legit. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Firmware updated without any problems. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

    “Smooth experience”
    Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Setup took about ten minutes and the app connected first time.
