  My sister recommended Winc and I finally gave it a try last month. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Comfortably recommend them.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop.

  “Better than expected”
  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  Wish I had read more reviews before ordering. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality. The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. Cannot recommend based on this experience.
