“Smooth experience”

Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked.

“Disappointing”

Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. It shipped a full week after they said it would.
