    “Middle of the road”
    Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. The FAQ answered more than their support did. Would suggest reading the details carefully before ordering.

    They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.

    “Great value for money”
    Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere. Sticking with them for future orders.
