  “Poor experience”
  Ordered two items and had problems with both. Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Not going back.

  “Everything went right”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. No unwanted side effects for me so far. Sticking with them for future orders.

  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  Third order with Zuzili this year, so that probably tells you enough. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Comfortably recommend them.
