BunnyCoupon Store Frequently Asked Questions
What is Addmotor?
Addmotor is a US-based electric bike and electric trike company, selling e-bikes and e-trikes for adults directly to consumers, and has been in business since 2011.
What is Addmotor's return policy?
Bikes cannot be returned after 14 days of receiving them. Returned bikes must have less than 10 miles on the odometer and no major scratches or paint chips, and must be repackaged in original packaging. E-bikes and trikes carry a 10-30% restocking fee (up to 50% outside the continental US), while accessories and batteries carry a 3.5% restocking fee.
Can I cancel my Addmotor order?
Yes. Cancelling before shipment incurs a 3.5% restocking fee with a refund in 1-3 business days. Cancelling after shipment incurs a 13% restocking fee plus your shipping costs.
What warranty does Addmotor offer?
New Addmotor bikes come with a 2-year warranty on the frame and motor, 18 months to 2 years on the battery depending on capacity, and 1 year on other parts and components. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship but excludes normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, and unauthorized repairs.

You can call +1-888-660-0868 (8:30am-5:30pm PST Monday-Friday, with shorter weekend hours), email support@addmotor.com for after-sales help, or sales@addmotor.com for pre-purchase questions.
