  “Nice surprise”
  I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Installation took about an hour with basic tools. Easy five stars from me.

  “Better than expected”
  Price was competitive and the quality justified it. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Fitted my model without any modification needed. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it. Refund came back short of what I paid.

  “Quick and painless”
  Came across Addmotor through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Has held up well to daily use so far. Noticeably better than the part it replaced.
