Verified Turbo Pass Promo Code, Coupons & Deals 2026

Turbopass is an online booking platform that sells City Passes and combined entrance tickets for tours, attractions, and museums in major European and international cities such as Rome, Paris, Barcelona, Munich, London, and Dubai. The actual tours and attractions are delivered by third-party service providers.

Turbopass allows cancellations up to one day before the pass's validity begins. A cancellation fee applies, typically 30 euros per standard pass, with higher fees for certain city passes (for example, Barcelona and Florence at 40 euros, Rome at 50-65 euros, and Paris up to 110 euros depending on duration). Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the pass start date are not eligible for a refund. The Munich City Pass allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before use.

The Turbopass Flex Pass is fully refundable if it has not been used. If some attractions have already been reserved or used, a proportional refund is given for the unused portion.

Validity depends on the specific pass. For example, the London City Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Multi-day passes begin their validity period upon first use and cover consecutive days. Once a pass is scanned or redeemed, it becomes invalidated and cannot be reused.

Yes, a physical (non-digital) Turbopass can be returned within 15 days of purchase if unused, for a refund minus any applicable cancellation fees.

You can email Turbopass at contact@turbopass.com or use the online contact form on their website, providing your name, email, order number, and city selection. Destination-specific FAQ pages are also available for cities including Rome, Paris, Barcelona, Athens, Munich, and London.
